Once you have found an item, choose your desired size/color and click on the ‘ADD TO CART’ button on the product page. Review the items in your cart by clicking the cart icon at the top right of the page. Click on ‘PROCEED TO PURCHASE’ to complete your order.

 

DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

You can shop as a guest and without creating an account.
 However, register with us and you’ll be able to enjoy the following benefits:

  • Request a return or exchange directly from your account

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-5 business days (excluding items on back order). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with delivery information. If you have an urgent order requirement, please contact us so we can accommodate you

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED?

Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect your delivery to another address. To avoid any delays receiving your order, we suggest that you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your air waybill number to track your package.

By placing an order for our products or services, you authorize us or our payment processing agent to bill your credit card the applicable purchase fees, delivery charges, any applicable taxes, and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of our services. We use "Stripe" and "Tap" as our payment gateways, and you should refer to their own T&Cs should you seek any further clarification regarding their services. You can be assured that your private financial details will not be disclosed by us to any third party as part of any payment transaction aside from our payment gateway provider.

As our dedicated payment gateway, "Banak Design" or "Stripe" company will appear on your credit card or bank statement for any purchases made on Banak.co
