Returns & Exchanges


All sales are final.

We only accept returns for exchange for the exact same item for defected products or orders damaged during shipment, within only 14 days of receiving the item. Unfortunately we do not issue refunds, we can however issue credit/gift voucher if the item to be replaced is out of stock or no longer available, less shipping costs.



Free delivery is available throughout Cyprus.
Delivery Time: 1-3 working days after your order has been accepted.

EU / International delivery.
Delivery Time: 3-7 working days after your order has been accepted.

Please note, during holidays your order may take longer to arrive.


We do not provide return shipment labels.

We recommend you return all items using courier service to insure the exchange of the items. To return items from your order, please message us via the form below.

Be sure to include the original order number with the return. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We will exchange the item and send it to you without additional shipping cost.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it -- no signs of wear or usage and in the original packaging. 

 Note: All discounted items are final sale and may not be exchanged or returned for credit; this includes markdowns and items purchased with a web discount code. We are unable to offer price adjustments on items purchased prior to a promotion. 

We will always do our best to make sure you are happy with your order, but do reserve the right to refuse any return/exchange if the above conditions are not met.


Exchange terms and conditions

You can exchange your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.

Items must be in original condition.

Clothing items can only be returned if incorrect or defective (must be unwashed and unworn). Otherwise we cannot accept return on clothing.

All returns must be in original packaging

    Issuing Credit Voucher Policy

    Sorry! we do not issue refunds. We can however offer credit/gift vouchers. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of gift voucher credit based on the condition of the returned product(s).
